The Guillermina restaurant is located in the lobby at the hotel The Pavilions Madrid. A charming restaurant with Avant-garde design, that has become a vital meeting point for guests and visitors.

To complete its unique design a retractable glass roof with an awning has been installed. It allows them to adapt the opening and the entry of sun at every moment.
