Anodising is an electrolytic process by which the surface of the aluminium is transformed into aluminium oxide. This anodic coating should be properly sealed so that the characteristics it confers are durable. This process provides aluminium with chemical and abrasion resistance. The result is a high resistance to weathering both in coastal regions and in industrial areas.
