Thermal confort

Achieving greater thermal comfort in a room depends on many factors such as the weather outside or the activities that take place inside. To achieve adequate thermal comfort we work mainly on the following factors:

1. Thermal insulation: thermally protecting the room helps to preserve the desired temperature (in cold seasons it prevents the heat from escaping and the cold from coming in, and in hot seasons it will act in an inverse manner).

2. Waterproofing: the capacity of an enclosure to prevent the entry of water and wind. Sealing is an imperative in our designs.

3. Ventilation:the ability of the enclosures to control the exchange of air with the exterior. Ventilation renews and improves air quality.

4. Solar gain: the amount of heat obtained by a body when exposed to solar radiation. This factor can be improved by controlling the proportion between the glazed surface, the type of glazing, etc.
